We offer an opportunity to join the CSP legal consultation service, following the retirement of the current post holder, as a:
Legal Secretary (permanent position at 80%)

Your duties
Within the legal consultation service, you ensure the organisation and smooth running of the secretariat for six lawyers, taking into account the service’s priorities and procedural deadlines.
You manage all administrative follow-up of user files: opening, updating, filing, archiving, and rigorous maintenance of databases. You ensure the completeness of files, handle the processing and follow-up of documents, as well as necessary reminders to users.
You draft routine correspondence and assist in preparing simple legal documents according to templates. You ensure careful formatting of writings and perform thorough proofreading of documents before signature.
You take charge of the administrative follow-up of legal fees, the preparation of service statistics, document management (library and legal documentation), as well as the administrative organisation related to the lawyers’ continuing education.
Through your rigour, sense of priorities, and reliability, you contribute to the smooth operation of the service and the quality of support offered to users.
Your education and experience
- Commercial employee CFC, secretarial diploma, or other relevant qualification for the position
- Training and/or confirmed experience in legal secretarial work is essential
- Excellent level of French and excellent writing skills
- Good knowledge of common IT tools (Office365) and a database software

You have a strong sense of priorities with the ability to work simultaneously on several lawyers’ files.
