Function

Tasks

• Support and advice for customers via telephone and e-mail, 1st level support
• Receipt and entry of orders in the ERP system
• Processing of orders, returns and complaints
• Creation and processing of quotations
• Clarification of delivery dates, prices and material availability
• Coordination with logistics, warehouse, purchasing and field service
• Processing of invoices and credit notes
• Maintenance of customer and article data as well as creation of evaluations

Requirements

• Commercial training or training in the medical field, for example as an MPA or pharmaceutical assistant
• Mandatory professional experience in healthcare
• Good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Very good German and French skills
• Italian skills are an advantage
• Customer-oriented, reliable and precise working style
• Enjoyment in customer contact and teamwork
