Operator / Setter in Gear Cutting or Rolling

Your mission

Within the production workshop, you ensure the setting, start-up and monitoring of the manufacture of high-precision components on Gear Cutting and/or Rolling machines using Wahli and/or Strausak machine technologies

Your responsibilities

• Set and operate Wahli W90 and W91 Gear Cutting machines.
• Set and operate Rolling machines on Strausak equipment.
• Ensure start-ups and series changes.
• Check the conformity of produced parts.
• Carry out dimensional and visual self-inspections.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety and productivity standards.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Perform first-level maintenance of equipment.

Your profile

• Proven experience on Wahli W90 or W91 gear cutting machines and/or on Rolling machines Strausak.
• Experience in the precision industry, ideally watchmaking or mechanical.
• Good command of reading technical drawings.
• Regular use of measuring instruments.
• Autonomous, rigorous and conscientious person.
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
