- Take part in various events organised by the Science Promotion Service as needed.
- Professional experience in administrative management and support of activities or projects, ideally in the field of science outreach, education and/or event management; additional training in these areas is an asset.
- Experience in managing administrative processes involving registration follow-up, coordination with external audiences and simultaneous management of multiple deadlines.
- Experience interacting with diverse external audiences, particularly schools, children, parents and institutional partners; good knowledge of the school environment in Valais is an asset.
- Excellent command of French is essential; proficiency in English and/or German is an advantage.
- Very good organisational skills and ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate effectively within a team.
