Electroplater

As part of its activities, our client, a recognised player in the field of watchmaking subcontracting, is looking for an Electroplater / Surface Treatment Operator to strengthen its team.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out electroplating operations on watch components
• Prepare, control and adjust electroplating baths
• Perform analyses and monitor bath parameters
• Prepare and handle chemicals in compliance with procedures
• Participate in chemical machining operations
• Carry out sandblasting, microblasting and tribofinishing operations
• Ensure maintenance and monitoring of installations and tools
• Guarantee quality, traceability and compliance with the specific requirements of the watchmaking sector

Your profile

• Training in electroplating, electroplating chemistry or surface treatments
• Proven experience in electroplating and/or surface treatments
• Experience in the watchmaking field highly desirable
• Good knowledge of quality and aesthetic requirements specific to watch components
• Mastery of electroplating baths, their monitoring and adjustment
• Comfortable handling chemicals
• Rigorous, precise, autonomous and respectful of procedures
• Federal VET Diploma in Electroplating: a real plus
