Manage a public institution with a budget of over CHF 25 million. Lead the implementation of the future 4th Orientation Cycle of Gruyère. Support the development of major infrastructure for an entire region.

Today, we are looking for a person capable of realising the ambitions of the Association of the Communes of Gruyère, supporting the authorities in their strategic decisions, managing structuring projects, and ensuring efficient resource management in service of an essential institution for the whole region. Your mission
As the true right hand of the Association's authorities, you ensure the administrative, financial and operational management of an institution essential to regional life. You will be keen to work in an environment where the decisions you make have a concrete impact on a region, its communes and more than 2,000 pupils.
What you will accomplish
- Ensure the overall management of the Association's administration;
- Support the authorities in their strategic decisions;
- Manage finances, human resources and infrastructure;
- Lead major institutional projects, notably the future 4th Orientation Cycle;
- Supervise regional school, sports and cultural facilities, including the CO2 Hall;
- Prepare strategic files for the School Committee, the Office and the Assembly of Delegates;
- Develop strong partnerships with communes and cantonal authorities;
- Actively contribute to the evolution and development of the Association.

To succeed in this role
You are a leader, recognised for your ability to unite, decide and drive change. You bring in particular:
- a higher education in management, administration, finance, change management or an equivalent field;
- proven experience in a leadership role with strategic responsibilities;
- strong skills in financial management and organisational control;
- experience in managing complex projects, construction and infrastructure development;
- excellent communication, negotiation and representation skills;
- excellent command of French and strong writing skills;
- experience within a public or semi-public organisation is an asset.
