Site Manager – Sheet Metal Work/Roofing

GROUPE BBL SA is a recognised player in construction in French-speaking Switzerland, active on construction sites. To lead our sheet metal work and roofing activities, based in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a site manager capable of handling both commercial development and technical execution as well as team management. Your mission

In direct contact with the subsidiary management, you will be responsible for the development, costing and execution of our sheet metal work and roofing services, as well as managing your teams. Your responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new contracts, prepare offers and quotes/tenders, measurements
• Plan, organise and supervise sheet metal work and roofing sites
• Manage and supervise your teams on a daily basis
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Ensure administrative and financial follow-up of projects and reporting to management

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a sheet metal worker, roofer or equivalent training; additional training (federal diploma, ES/HES) is an asset
• Proven experience in sheet metal work and roofing, including costing and/or team management
• Commercial sense, leadership and autonomy
• Fluent French; category B driving licence
