To support this dynamic and strengthen its management team, Soleol is looking for its future:
Sales Director (M/F)
Your mission:
In direct collaboration with the CEO, you define and lead Soleol’s commercial strategy. You manage the teams, develop relationships with strategic clients and actively contribute to the company’s growth.
Your main responsibilities:
- Define and deploy the commercial strategy to achieve development objectives.
- Manage, support and develop a team of technical sales representatives.
- Develop key accounts and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Monitor commercial performance using tracking indicators and implement necessary actions.
- Oversee commercial offers and tender procedures.
- Foster close collaboration between commercial, technical and administrative teams.
- Represent Soleol with partners, strategic clients and at professional events.
Desired profile:
You are a recognised leader, results-oriented and close to the field. You know how to unite your teams, develop trusting relationships and turn strategy into concrete results.
You notably have:
- Higher education in a commercial or technical field, or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in managing commercial teams.
- Solid experience in B2B commercial development, ideally in energy, technical or construction sectors.
- Excellent negotiation skills and client relationship development.
- Good knowledge of the economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland.
- Excellent command of French; German is an asset.
- Category B driving licence.
