About the role
In this role, you will provide high-level support to C-suite executives and Senior VPs, ensuring seamless operations across travel and logistics. You will be part of a dedicated administrative team focusing on executive support and corporate hospitality.
Work tasks
A dual-focused role combining high-level executive assistance with complex travel and logistics coordination for international stakeholders.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for C-level executives
- Coordinate international travel arrangements for VPs and Senior VPs
- Organize arrivals, departures, and housing for visiting collaborators
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new high-level managers
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the Senior VP team
- Act as a time-blocking gatekeeper to optimize executive productivity
- Handle logistical details for corporate housing and local relocations
We are looking for
- Advanced knowledge of English (C1 level)
- Good knowledge of French
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience in travel coordination and logistics
