About the role

As a salesperson, you will work closely with the store manager, actively welcoming passionate customers while managing the daily operations of the point of sale. You will join a young, close-knit team where you can develop valuable versatility by participating in both customer advice and operational management as well as exclusive store events.

Tasks

The position combines direct sales in a luxury boutique, administrative and logistical management, as well as support for digital and event communication.

• Customer reception and advice: Welcome passionate customers, tell the story of watchmaking creations, and build long-term trust relationships
• Operational management of the boutique: Participate in stock monitoring and ensure administrative follow-up as well as after-sales service
• Events and Communication: Contribute to organising boutique events (afterworks, workshops) and engage with the community on social media.

We are looking for

• Fluency in French, both spoken and written
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Successful experience in the luxury or hospitality sector
• Strong interest in the world of watchmaking
• Good organisation and ability to learn
• Comfortable with IT tools and cash register management

An advantage if you have

• Fluency in Arabic (Middle East)
• Specific knowledge in watchmaking
