To complete our team, we are looking for a

Your mission:

- Research and acquisition of new clients through active commercial prospecting (phoning, mailing, appointments...)

- Maintenance and development of the existing client portfolio to cultivate a lasting collaboration

- On-site visits to clients

- Recruitment of candidates (writing adverts, selection, interviews, ...)

- Retention of temporary collaborators

- Monitoring assignments and managing the schedule

Your profile:

- Strong experience in the commercial sector

- Very good knowledge of the Geneva and Romandy economic fabric

- Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial sense

- Enterprising, flexible person with a great capacity to adapt

- Stress resistance

- Team spirit

- Knowledge of building, an asset
