On behalf of our client, an organisation recognised in the social sector, we are looking for a Team Leader at 80% to strengthen their workforce. The starting date is to be agreed.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You contribute to the planning and organisation of resources to ensure coverage adapted to the needs of the activity
• You take charge of the entire onboarding process for new employees, from profile selection to their start of work
• You provide close support to the teams and facilitate the transmission of information between the different stakeholders
• You pay attention to the smooth running of collaborations and intervene when adjustments or specific measures are necessary
• You participate in the continuous improvement of the company’s operations by identifying optimisation points and proposing concrete solutions
• You are called upon to manage various mandates and projects, to exploit available data and to present recommendations to support decision-making

You offer your new employer

• You have completed higher education in human resources or management
• You are comfortable managing sensitive situations and have a good foundation in conflict resolution
• You have significant professional experience in a position with comparable responsibilities
• You have developed good expertise in recruitment and in supporting employees
• You stand out for your interpersonal ease, your ability to communicate effectively and your aptitude to manage projects in a structured manner
• You have perfect command of French and also possess very good knowledge of German
