- You support job seekers to help reintegrate them into the labour market
- You identify obstacles to reintegration and implement strategies aimed at returning to employment
- You coach job seekers to develop their employability
- You monitor compliance with legal obligations
- You collaborate with internal and external partners and develop appropriate synergies
- 3-year Federal VET Certificate or higher tertiary professional training and a federal HR or social insurance diploma (training possible on the job)
- Several years of professional experience in counselling and placement, professional reintegration, or human resources
- Specific knowledge in social insurance and labour market areas
- Ability to conduct counselling interviews in various formats (in person, by phone or video), leadership and coaching skills
- Adaptability, listening skills and stress resistance
- Excellent command of digital tools and platforms
- Fluency in German or French, with very good knowledge of the other language (bilingual)
