Function

Tasks

• Independent processing of monthly payroll
• Handling social insurance, withholding tax and family allowances
• Processing accident and sickness cases
• Preparation of annual financial statements and salary certificates
• Management of employee entries and exits as well as personnel changes
• Updating and checking HR, payroll and time recording data
• Advising employees and managers on payroll and HR matters
• Support with general HR tasks and projects

Requirements

• Commercial training with further education in HR, payroll or social insurance
• Several years of experience in Swiss payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge of social insurance and labour law
• Confident use of Excel and MS Office
• Strong with numbers, precise and reliable
• Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Team player, discreet and service-oriented
• Fluent German
• Willingness to work in a down-to-earth company in the Swiss meat industry – uncomplicated handling of meat processing is expected
