Exciting tasks

• Performing SCI checks
• Managing customer reminders, debtor follow-up and litigation
• Managing and accounting for cash registers
• Reconciling bank transactions
• Managing the article, creditor and debtor databases
• Participating in periodic accounting closing tasks
• Entering general expense invoices
• Training new employees on the cash register management and internal control system
• First-level technical support (hardware) at the company’s various sites
• Handling telephone calls
• Accounting and reconciling banks and BVR collections
• Preparing and executing supplier and debtor payments
• Various administrative tasks (correspondence, filing, minute-taking, etc.)

Profile sought

• Commercial employee CFC, professional maturity or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of proven professional experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of general accounting
• Experience in an administrative environment related to retail, distribution or the industrial sector is an advantage
• Native French speaker or good writing skills
• Proficiency in a merchandise accounting ERP is essential
• Proficiency in a common financial accounting programme is essential, Infoniqa is a plus
• Proficiency in common MS Office IT tools
• Dynamic, rigorous person with a sense of organisation and priorities
• Flexibility, versatility and good adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
