Administrative/Project Assistant 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor quotes, commercial offers and bids
• Participate in the preparation and coordination of tender dossiers
• Ensure daily administrative management and general secretarial tasks
• Ensure administrative follow-up of files and maintain proper document management
• Support billing activities and the administrative and financial monitoring of mandates
• Provide support to management and teams in preparing reports, presentations and other administrative documents
• Manage personnel administration (contracts, time tracking, absences, insurance declarations, preparation of payroll elements, etc.)

Profile

• Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC), ideally in the construction sector
• Proven initial experience in a similar administrative role
• Experience in preparing quotes, offers and bids is appreciated
• Organised, meticulous personality capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Team spirit, service-oriented and autonomous in work
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; any other language is an asset
