Post-compulsory Education and Guidance Service (SFPO) - Neuchâtel Vocational Training Centre (CPNE)
The CPNE is the key player in vocational training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. It provides training and support across the various levels of vocational education (initial training, higher education and continuing education).
Your missions
As head of the CPNE, you ensure the management and development of a key institution in vocational training in the canton of Neuchâtel.
You guarantee its smooth operation, the quality of its services for learners and its evolution in compliance with the legal framework and the orientations defined by the authorities.
You unite the teams around a common culture based on trust, collaboration and continuous improvement. In close collaboration with the heads of departments, you promote institutional coherence while supporting their specificities and autonomy.
You support pedagogical, digital and organisational transformations to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
By developing strong partnerships with professional circles, training stakeholders and authorities, you contribute to the CPNE’s influence and the continuous adaptation of its services in line with technological, economic and societal developments.
Finally, you also ensure the management of human, financial and organisational resources as well as strategic projects and continuous improvement processes to guarantee a high-performing, innovative and attractive institution.

Your profile
Holder of a master’s level qualification, you have solid experience in a management role and team leadership. You have a genuine interest in vocational training and understand its challenges.
A unifying personality, you inspire trust, encourage collaboration and know how to mobilise teams around a shared vision. With excellent organisational skills, you anticipate developments, lead complex transformations and set priorities in a demanding environment.
Comfortable with pedagogical, digital and artificial intelligence issues, you pragmatically support innovation. You master financial and HR aspects while navigating easily within an institutional and political framework.
Recognised for your rigour, autonomy and decision-making ability, you demonstrate availability and good stress management.
This position is open due to the retirement of the current holder.
