Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Service (SEPF)
The Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Service ensures the application of federal legislation concerning debt enforcement and bankruptcy. It coordinates the activities of the debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, conducts procedures within each of these areas, and ensures the implementation of enforcement measures provided for by the legislation. Through its actions, the service guarantees uniform application of the law, contributes to the security of economic relations, and delivers efficient services to the population, businesses, and authorities.
Your missions
As head of the service, you define strategic directions and lead a multidisciplinary team of 70 people.
You are responsible for managing human, financial, and organisational resources, as well as ensuring the efficient application of the Federal Act on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (LP).
You support the offices in their activities, advise authorities and institutional partners, and represent the service on matters within your expertise.
In a changing field, you lead the necessary modernisation projects for service development. You will notably implement the new procedure for the cancellation of remaining debts and support the service’s transformations, respecting the principles of legality, efficiency, and quality of public services.
Your profile
Holder of a university master’s degree or equivalent training, you have at least five years of experience in a managerial role and a strong interest in the field of the LP.
With solid managerial skills, you combine strategic vision, organisational sense, and decision-making ability. As a unifying personality, you know how to bring teams together around common goals, support change, and establish a climate of trust. You master project management and your good understanding of the challenges specific to public institutions allows you to interact easily with authorities and institutional partners.
Your integrity, public service commitment, and excellent analytical skills enable you to approach complex situations pragmatically.
This position is open due to the retirement of the current holder.
