Customer Service Assistant

Elis Pest Control (Switzerland) SA, is a local company established in 2004 offering a wide range of services in pest prevention and control. These services are carried out to provide the best expertise to our clients.

To complete our team, we are looking for a:

Your mission:

• Advising customers (existing or prospective) and customer retention
• Support for the external sales service
• Organisation and scheduling of technicians' interventions at clients' premises
• Follow-up on customer complaints and finding solutions
• Monitoring invoicing and issuing reminders for unpaid invoices in coordination with the finance department

Your profile:

• Commercial employee training or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• Autonomy in work execution with a very good team spirit
• Excellent customer orientation
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities for customer issues
• Very good work quality and sense of initiative
• Very good knowledge of French, minimum C1; very good knowledge of German, minimum B2
• Effective communication with various internal departments (sales, technical, HR, finance)
• Good command of common IT tools and ease in learning new software
