Within our Client Onboarding & Administration department, you will join the Central Data service. Your main tasks will be:

• Analysis and investigation of legal and tax documentation for individual client files (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS),
• Entry of account openings by correspondence, online or via video conference,
• Close collaboration with Compliance and Business Operations departments,
• Frequent interactions with relationship managers.

• You have proven experience in an administrative service, preferably in the banking-insurance sector or within a fiduciary company and/or have knowledge of various banking regulations;
• You are recognised as a methodical, rigorous person able to work in a demanding environment;
• Fluent in French & English, both written and spoken. German is an asset;
• Good writing skills and a sense of communication;
• Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Open personality, service-oriented towards internal clients.
