We are recruiting on behalf of a Geneva-based real estate agency firmly established in its market for many years.

As part of the development of its accounting department, our client wishes to strengthen its team with an experienced real estate accountant with a few years of experience within a Swiss agency.
Responsibilities
- Management of the accounting for a portfolio of rental properties
- Processing of receipts and payments
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Preparation of periodic and annual closings
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Payment of available funds to owners
- Control and monitoring of management accounts
- Monitoring supplier invoices and financial flows
- Close collaboration with property managers
- Participation in the continuous improvement of departmental processes
Candidate Profile
- Training in accounting or equivalent qualification
- Confirmed initial experience of at least 3 years in real estate accounting within a Swiss agency
- Good knowledge of rental accounting principles
- Knowledge of a real estate ERP is an advantage
- Rigorous, organised and reliable personality
- Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork
