Student Assignment: Archiving Technical Plans

Do you have knowledge in reading technical plans and an interest in technological tools? Join our client, a key player in the infrastructure sector, for a project archiving technical plans!

About the Role

You will be responsible for digitising and organising all historical infrastructure plans. You will work independently to ensure the accessibility and longevity of these technical data.

Tasks

Overall management of indexing, digitising and filing infrastructure technical plans.

• Digitise physical documents
• File and archive technical plans of structures
• Create and structure a plan library on Microsoft SharePoint
• Develop a macro on Copilot to optimise document search

We are looking for

• Good knowledge of reading technical plans (structures, reinforcement)
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint
• Ongoing or completed training in Civil Engineering (HES, ES, Engineering School or Draftsperson)

An advantage if you have

• Basic knowledge of macro writing (Copilot)
