Polishing Team Leader (M/F/D)
Your responsibilities
- Manage, supervise and develop a team of 15 collaborators.
- Organise and plan the department's activities to ensure deadlines, production targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor individual and collective performance.
- Train, support and develop the skills of your team.
- Ensure the aesthetic and dimensional conformity of produced parts.
- Identify, analyse and address non-conformities in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the optimisation of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and coordinate first-level maintenance interventions.
- Contribute to the industrialisation and production launch of new references.
Your profile
- Technician ES training and/or CFC in microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in finishing and polishing watch components.
- Natural leadership, team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Strong hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset.
- Successful experience in supervising and developing production teams.
- Mastery of grinding, thickness setting and finishing processes for high-precision parts.
- Good knowledge of dimensional control means and tools.
- Sharp sense of quality, precision and detail.
