As Head of Shared Service Center and Administration, you take responsibility for a committed team in the Shared Service Center in Basel - with heart, mind and entrepreneurial thinking. You ensure smooth operations in personnel administration and actively drive digitalisation, process design, standardisation as well as continuous transformation and change initiatives.
Your area of responsibility- Leading and developing a team in the Shared Service Center
- Designing, standardising and optimising HR and admin processes
- Ensuring legally compliant and service-oriented HR transactions
- Collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to transformation projects and change initiatives
- Implementing and optimising HR systems and digital tools
- Promoting a positive and performance-oriented team culture
- First point of contact for clients, applicants and employees
- Supporting projects, administration and office organisation
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification with HR experience
- Several years of experience in administration, HR or payroll processes
- Initial leadership experience or strong leadership potential required
- Organisational talent with process-oriented and quality-conscious working style
- Enjoyment of team leadership, coaching and continuous development
- Professional demeanour even in hectic situations
- Confident use of MS Office and HR systems
- Very good German skills, good English skills, French is a plus
- Driving licence category B advantageous but not mandatory
