Your mission:
Ensure the proper functioning of the modality as well as the quality, safety and continuity of care.
Master the equipment and associated techniques: acquisition, post-processing and specific examinations.
Act as the technical contact for the modality with the teams and relevant partners.
Provide ongoing training, support and upskilling of colleagues.
Develop, update and harmonise protocols in collaboration with the medical staff and institutional physicist, respecting the diagnostic reference levels (DRLs) of the FOPH.
Analyse dosimetric data and define areas for improvement and training in radiation protection in conjunction with the hierarchical line.
Ensure the daily operational coordination of the team.
Keep up to date with technological developments and maintain professional knowledge.
Contribute to optimising billing according to the current tariff and services performed.
Your profile:
Hold a diploma as a medical radiology technician (MRT) or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
Have at least two years of professional experience in the CT scan field.
Master radiological equipment, tools and techniques used in the relevant sector.
Demonstrate a strong interest in continuous training, knowledge transfer and team support.
Show autonomy, initiative, rigour and strong organisational skills.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a developed sense of collaboration.
Be actively involved in problem analysis and resolution, with an ability to prevent and manage conflict situations.
Be capable of developing, leading and coordinating cross-functional projects at the CHVR radiology department level.
Experience in project management would be an asset.
