To contribute to our inclusive goals and ensure the well-being, health and quality of life of the people we support, we are looking for The PAM (multidisciplinary autism centre) in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne a:
Educator (M/F/X) - Permanent contract at 60%
We offer you:

We ask of you
- A diploma as an ES, HES or ASE educator or specialised teacher or an equivalent qualification.
- Recognised experience in supporting people with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability.
- An interest in challenging behaviours, structured approaches and crisis management.
- Training in challenging behaviours, structured and behavioural approaches as well
- as in autism will be an advantage.
- Motivation to work within a project that involves challenges.
- A sense of responsibility and communication, as well as analytical, collaborative, adaptive and autonomous skills.
- Ease with non-verbal communication.
- Observation skills and rigour.
- An interest in teamwork, networking, working with families and legal representatives.
- Comfort with administrative work and the use of IT tools.
- Flexible hours within a day centre type organisation.
- A driving licence.
Start date: 1 November 2026 or to be agreed
