For one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for several Production Watchmakers to strengthen the production teams within the framework of long-term temporary assignments.
Your mission
You participate in the various stages of watch assembly and casing, ensuring precise, careful work that meets quality requirements.
Production Watchmaker
Your main responsibilities
- Carry out the assembly and mounting operations of watch components according to defined procedures.
- Perform casing operations while respecting quality criteria and production standards.
- Handle small components with precision and care.
- Visually inspect your work to ensure product conformity.
- Comply with the company’s quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
- Actively participate in the smooth running of the workshop and the achievement of production objectives.
Your profile
- Proven experience in a production environment.
- Manual skill, dexterity, and a taste for precision work.
- Experience in watch assembly and/or casing is a real asset.
- For the casing position, prior professional experience in this activity is absolutely required.
- For profiles from other sectors, experience involving handling small parts and meticulous operations is essential.
- A rigorous, reliable, patient, and conscientious person.
