About the job
Do you master the coordination of complex activities with rigour and wish to put your diplomacy at the service of a public interest mission?
To strengthen our real estate services team, we are looking for our future:
Assistant Manager of Real Estate Services at 80-100%
By supporting the head of the service in coordinating activities, you will act as a key pivot to implement our real estate strategy and optimise relationships with our internal and external partners.
What awaits you if you join us?
As the cornerstone of the service, you will optimise its daily organisation. You will manage the manager’s diary, schedule meetings with our partners, and take charge of the logistics of sessions as well as the follow-up of files. Additionally, you will foster team spirit by organising our internal events and outings.
Your sharp pen will ensure the drafting of minutes, reports, and high-level presentations. As the reference person for the service’s communication, you will design messages intended for the tenant public, update the intranet and SharePoint, and coordinate relations with associated managements while participating in the organisation of official events (openings, inaugurations).
Your overall vision will enable you to manage strategic dashboards, analyse risks, and rigorously monitor the execution of decisions. You will work closely with the legal department for the administrative management of purchases and mandates. Finally, you will build quality relationships with partner managements to ensure impeccable and friendly client relations.
Your profile:
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, complemented by a federal certificate as an executive assistant or a course in real estate management.
You have at least 10 years of experience in similar roles, ideally acquired within a real estate, institutional, or parapublic environment, with proven experience in drafting, formatting, and coordinating communication content.
Your diplomacy, negotiation skills, and collaborative spirit allow you to easily connect with all types of audiences. Autonomous, you know how to anticipate and take initiative to support the team.
You are proficient in MS Office suite tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and possess excellent writing skills in French with impeccable spelling.
