Architect – Site Management (M/F) Proven field experience essential.

Mandated by a renowned company in the field of Geneva architecture,

We are looking for a:

Your tasks

• 200% on-site job
• Management, coordination and monitoring of work on sites 200%
• Planning of deadlines, costs and quality of execution
• Coordination of companies, engineers and representatives
• Control of work compliance with plans, standards and current regulations
• Organisation and conduct of site meetings
• Administrative and financial follow-up (bids, awards, measurements, invoicing)
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules on site

Your profile

• Technical training in construction (architect, civil engineer, ES technician, site manager or equivalent)
• Proven experience in site management, ideally in an architectural firm
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations (SIA, safety, etc.)
• Excellent organisational, coordination and communication skills
• Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility
