Mission

• Prepare sites (technical visit, access)
• Plan sites, particularly regarding labour needs and inventory
• Organise daily and operationally execute sites by coordinating with the site management and other companies present
• Order and supply sites
• Implement and monitor Quality-Safety-Environment procedures
• Ensure financial monitoring, drafting of offers, additional offers, measurement of completed work and invoicing
• Participate in site meetings
• Ensure good relations with clients and site management
• Ensure good cohesion among site staff to achieve performance objectives

You

• Have at least 5 years’ experience as a site manager in the drilling field (in geothermal or special works)
• Are comfortable with overall site management and coordinating various stakeholders
• Have a good command of site cost monitoring (working hours and supplies)
• Possess good writing skills and are comfortable drafting reports and professional documents
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office tools as well as MS Project
• Organised, dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented
• Good verbal communication and ability to work in a team
