For one of our clients based in Geneva and active in the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to strengthen their HR team as part of a long-term temporary assignment
Your responsibilities:
- Complete management of Swiss salaries from A to Z for a population of employees.
- Administration of the employee lifecycle: entries, transfers, exits and management of personnel data.
- Management and monitoring of social insurances (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, BVG, UVG, daily sickness benefits, family allowances, etc.).
- Preparation of declarations and monitoring of legal obligations related to payroll.
- Verification and reconciliation of salary data.
- Interface with employees, authorities and external partners.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in managing salaries in Switzerland from A to Z.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss social insurances.
- Experience in HR administrative management and employee lifecycle.
- Essential proficiency in GIT or Abacus.
- Fluent French, both spoken and written.
- Rigorous, autonomous person with an excellent sense of confidentiality.
