A versatile socioprofessional supervisor at 60%

Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. To strengthen its teams, we are looking for our La Chaux-de-Fonds site:

Mission:

• Supervise beneficiaries in an evaluation and professional orientation section as well as in a training section
• Support beneficiaries in rehabilitation measures
• Search for internship placements or resumption of apprenticeship contracts
• Develop and implement individualised socioprofessional projects
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Profile and skills:

• CFC or equivalent qualification, in the secondary sector field
• MSP training would be an asset
• Strong interest in supervising people in professional rehabilitation
• Dynamic personality, creative mind
• Autonomy, stress resistance and flexibility
• Adaptability and genuine ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
