Sanitary Project Manager

Axepta is looking for one of its partners, a company recognised in the field of building technical installations in Geneva, for a Sanitary Project Manager.

As part of the development of its activities, our client wishes to strengthen its team with a profile capable of independently managing sanitary projects, from the study phase to execution and site supervision.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate sanitary projects in their entirety.
• Ensure the technical, administrative and financial management of projects.
• Prepare and monitor offers, bids and budgets.
• Carry out or supervise technical studies and sizing of sanitary installations.
• Establish and check plans, diagrams and technical files in collaboration with design offices and draftsmen.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders: clients, architects, engineers, partner companies and subcontractors.
• Ensure site work follow-up and monitor compliance with deadlines, costs and quality requirements.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure follow-up of decisions and actions.
• Control the conformity of installations with current standards and regulations.
• Manage equipment orders and ensure follow-up with suppliers.
• Participate in the reception of installations and project closure.
• Be the client’s main point of contact throughout the project.

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of sanitary, building technology or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in managing sanitary projects in Switzerland / France.
• Good knowledge of sanitary installations and building techniques.
• Experience in site management and coordination of various stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations related to the sanitary field.
• Proficiency in common IT tools; knowledge of drawing or planning software appreciated.
• Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills and client orientation.
