Your tasks

• Identification and harmonisation of professional requirements to ensure the expansion of internal and external capacities for life and non-life insurance
• Design and optimisation of end-to-end business processes that enable cross-sector customer advice and management across all contact channels
• Translation of complex product logics from product management and actuarial departments into precise functional specifications for technical implementation
• Conducting detailed analyses to evaluate technological implementation options
• Collaboration in defining consistent data structures to ensure a holistic view of the customer across all insurance sectors
• Participation in professional acceptance tests and ensuring that the developed IT solutions meet the high regulatory and sector-specific requirements of the new industries

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification focusing on the interface between business and IT
• Solid knowledge of processes in life/non-life insurance
• Confident use of requirements analysis methods and the ability to translate complex business logics into precise user stories or functional specifications
• Practical experience in modelling business processes and a deep understanding of data structures to ensure a cross-sector customer view
• Strong ability to act as a "translator" between the requirements and needs of the business areas, primarily product management but also other operational business units, and the technical feasibility in IT
• Strong skills in structuring unorganised problem situations
• High social competence and assertiveness to accompany change processes in an established organisation
