The Lausanne Protection and Rescue Service (SPSL) carries out priority missions of rescue, saving lives, and prevention for the citizens of Lausanne but also beyond municipal borders when needed. This represents more than 12,000 interventions annually carried out by over 200 collaborators. The service is composed of professional firefighters, ambulances, the advanced medical post, civil protection, fire police, and the Rama training centre. Main mission(s)
Carry out administrative activities related to the employee life cycle
Process contractual changes and variable payroll elements
Write or collaborate in writing various letters and certificates
Ensure time control and administrative management of absences (Polypoint)
Answer questions from collaborators related to these activities
Monitor and update HR data and dashboards
Support the HR manager
Profile
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
Certificate as personnel management assistant
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field
Ability to manage workload in a complex environment (various legal standards)
Organised, rigorous person open to change
Excellent collaboration skills and proactive attitude
Good writing skills
Proficient in MS Office tools
