You look after a fixed customer base and handle technical enquiries.
You prepare production documents for manufacturing.
You record and coordinate customer orders in day-to-day business.
You support production planning in operational scheduling.
You continuously monitor deadlines and order progress.
You coordinate internal production processes with department heads.
You involve external partners for outsourced work.
Sales activities and technical advice are also part of your duties.
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the metal sector.
Initial experience in AVOR or production planning is an advantage.
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
Confident handling of MS Office.
Good organisational skills in order processing.
Networked thinking and a structured way of working.
Willingness to respond flexibly to different orders.
Team-oriented and reliable working style.
