MULTI-SITE CLEANING / HYGIENE MANAGER WITH CFC

A true link between our clients, our cleaning teams and our management, you will play an essential role in monitoring our services and maintaining our quality standards.

As a cleaning inspector, you will be a key player in this approach: you will be JL Services SA’s eyes on the ground and the guarantor of the quality of our services to our clients.

Present directly on site, you will be responsible for controlling the quality of services, supporting the teams and ensuring that the commitments made to our clients are fully respected.

Your observational skills, ability to communicate with teams and client orientation will be essential to guarantee consistent service quality.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Carry out regular quality checks of cleaning services on various sites
• Verify compliance with specifications, instructions and JL Services SA’s quality standards
• Support, advise and supervise cleaning teams on site
• Identify any malfunctions and implement necessary corrective actions
• Follow up on client remarks and requests in collaboration with the relevant managers
• Conduct site assessments and participate in the implementation of new services
• Control the proper use of products, equipment and tools
• Participate in training and raising awareness among employees about quality requirements
• Provide regular reporting to management and report situations requiring intervention
• Maintain close relationships with clients and contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty
• Occasionally participate in site visits and meetings with clients

Work at the pace of our teams

The particularity of this role lies in its strong presence on site.

Working hours are therefore staggered and variable to allow for control and support of our teams when they are active on client sites.

You will thus mainly work:

• In the morning, during the start of shifts for certain teams
• At the end of the day and in the evening, when our teams operate on sites
• As needed, with some flexibility in organising your day

The profile we are looking for

You enjoy fieldwork, pay attention to detail and know how to enforce quality requirements while maintaining good relationships with teams and clients.

You identify with the following profile:

• CFC in Hygiene / Operations Agent or equivalent
• Experience in supervising professional cleaning teams, maintenance, hospitality or a similar field
• Attention to detail, rigour and organisation
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with teams and clients
• Natural authority, with a respectful and constructive approach
• Autonomy, responsiveness and initiative
• Fluency in French; another language is an asset
• Comfortable with common IT tools
• Category B driving licence
• Availability to work staggered hours, notably mornings and evenings
