Property Manager 80-100% (or Experienced Assistant)

Your daily routine:

You will be the true conductor of a real estate portfolio with the mission to ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

• Ensure proactive and professional management of relationships with owners, tenants and various technical partners
• Organise and supervise activities related to leasing and technical management
• Manage maintenance contracts and ensure proper follow-up of services
• Participate in the recruitment and supervision of concierges
• Coordinate and monitor claims until their resolution
• Control completed works, invoices and budget compliance
• Carry out entry and exit inspections
• Support tenants at every stage of their journey, from arrival to departure

In short, you ensure everything runs smoothly, even when a day decides to test your organisational skills and helpfulness.

What will set you apart:

• Commercial employee CFC or technical training in construction
• Proven experience in a manager role or 3-4 years as an assistant
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of German, a valued asset
• Computer literacy
• Driving licence
• Resident in the canton of Fribourg or willing to relocate
• Swiss nationality or C permit
