Main Mission(s)
Provides administrative and organisational support to the brigade: management of documents, letters, files, statistics, meetings, collaboration interviews and archiving
Operationally supports inspectors through data entry activities on specific tools, as well as assistance with hearings, investigations and ongoing training
Processes data related to criminal phenomena, notably through checks and cross-referencing between different databases
Conducts preliminary checks within the framework of certain investigations
Ensures the organisation and optimisation of the secretariat, also providing support to the secretaries of other brigades
Manages and keeps up to date the inventory of equipment specific to the brigade
Profile
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an administrative position
Ongoing in-service training in Kaseware, WMC and IRC (to obtain the necessary accreditations for carrying out the missions)
Sense of responsibility and organisation
Good autonomy
Writing and interpersonal skills
Comfortable use of MS Office tools
Knowledge of German or English is an asset
