About the role
Are you looking for a quick opportunity to enhance your CV within a prestigious environment? As a Receptionist, you will be the face of an international pharmaceutical company: physical reception, telephone management and key administrative support.

Tasks
Ensure the complete operational management of the reception and administrative support on behalf of our client.
- Manage incoming telephone calls
- Follow up on emails and handle requests
- Welcome visitors and clients in person
- Issue and manage access badges
- Support daily office management activities
- Coordinate information flows at reception
We are looking for
- Fluency in French and B2 level in English
- Excellent communication skills and a neat appearance
- Good command of IT tools, especially the Office suite
- Driving licence required to access the site
An advantage if you have
- Previous successful experience in reception or front desk
- Ability to manage priorities in a responsive environment
