A VERSATILE REPAIR TECHNICIAN - LOCKSMITH

For one of our clients we are urgently looking for:

Profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in metal construction or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland essential
• Essential experience in a repair service
• Knowledge of garage doors and electric motorisations
• Meticulous, team spirit, motivated, autonomous and strong customer service sense
• Excellent presentation, flexible, courteous, punctual
• Passion for quality and well-done work
• Swiss or holding a valid permit

Responsibilities:

• Carry out urgent repair interventions as well as estimate and execute repair and maintenance work best suited to the needs of clients and contractors
• In constant close contact with the company’s suppliers and clients, you will also be required, alongside your daily interventions, to prepare quotes, intervention reports and material orders. You will benefit from the administrative and organisational support of our secretarial and technical office team
• You will also be responsible for proposing, implementing and monitoring maintenance contracts on various structures (garage doors, gates, metal shutters, etc.)
• Occasional support to workshop colleagues depending on workload
• The position involves daily travel throughout the canton of Geneva and requires adaptability and in-depth knowledge of general locksmithing
