Administrative Manager FR/GER 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise customers and conclude direct sales
- Manage invoicing, debtor follow-up and payment reminders
- Supervise general administration, purchasing and team support
- Act as interface with IT service providers (ERP, Cloud, support)
- Maintain general and subsidiary accounting, manage payments and cash flow
- Prepare VAT returns, ensure closing entries and prepare financial closings
- Produce payslips and carry out social insurance declarations
- Administer orders, organise shipments and manage export documents
Profile
- Higher education in economics, finance or administration
- Proven experience in a similar role of at least 3 years
- Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written (minimum level B2)
- Comfortable with IT tools and management software
- Strong sense of responsibility and communication
- Structured, autonomous and proactive working method
