About the job
Movetia is the national agency for exchanges and mobility. At the request of the Confederation and the cantons, we promote exchange, mobility or cooperation activities at all levels of education - in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide.
Our vision: all young people should have a meaningful experience in another linguistic or cultural region during their education. Because exchanges broaden perspectives, strengthen social cohesion and foster key skills for the future such as critical thinking, creativity, autonomy, open-mindedness and intercultural understanding. We thus contribute to the development of the Swiss education area - interconnected, diverse and forward-looking.
A varied field of activity, with a modern Salesforce environment, close collaboration with various departments and a real opportunity to actively contribute: is that what you are looking for? Then you are in the right place!
Within our team, we combine modern technologies and a mission meaningful to society: we do not just manage systems, we actively advance the digital transformation of the Swiss education area. With us, you will benefit from a wide scope to take initiatives, a broad range of future-oriented topics and short decision-making processes, all in a collegiate and multilingual environment.
Your tasks
In this position, you are the central interface between our various departments and the IT department. You ensure that our key applications - especially our Salesforce platform - operate stably, are developed according to processes and are used optimally by users.

• We support our employees by contributing to mobile phone subscriptions and the Swiss Federal Railways half-fare travelcard.
• At Movetia, short breaks are paid and public holidays falling on a weekend are compensated by a day off.
• Risk premiums for occupational pension and non-occupational accident insurance are fully covered by Movetia.

Do you have questions? Our IT manager, Renato Rosic (renato.rosic@movetia.ch), will be happy to assist you.
