To replace the retirement of one of our managers, the management of the Socio-professional Department and Day Care is looking for a Sector Manager (M/F) with a 100% workload.
Mission
As a middle manager, you coordinate the work within our day centre which welcomes people with intellectual disabilities and associated disorders (ASD and/or complex situations), as well as workshops with a socialising purpose. You are responsible for the well-being of the beneficiaries, particularly by ensuring the implementation of individual projects. You manage human resources within the framework of institutional policies.
Responsibilities
Ensure optimal reception of beneficiaries by considering their needs and provide educational and socio-professional support.
Ensure individual and collective follow-ups as well as relations with families and various internal and external networks.
Guarantee a participatory mode of operation within the educational and socio-professional team.
Organise and lead the team’s human resources, ensuring smooth operation, fairness, and fostering a harmonious working atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with the various administrative procedures related to the management of beneficiaries’ projects, as well as HR management.
Desired Profile
Tertiary education diploma (University of Applied Sciences or Higher Education) in the socio-educational field or MSP, complemented by successful experience in team leadership and project management.
Mastery of best practices in supporting people in complex situations with ASD.
Good knowledge of the PPH and its applications.
Continuing education, notably in communication, supervision, conflict management.
Postgraduate qualification in management is an asset.
Interest in developing innovative projects and able to bring a constructive perspective.

Permanent contract.
