Job Description
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage and ensure the operational follow-up of recruitments, from identifying the need to selecting candidates.
- Work closely with department heads to define the desired profiles and skills.
- Maintain relationships with placement agencies and coordinate the follow-up of proposed applications.
- Conduct active sourcing and identify relevant profiles, particularly in technical, industrial, engineering and administrative roles.
- Write and publish job advertisements on LinkedIn and various recruitment channels.
- Analyse, pre-select and sort applications appropriately, considering technical skills, experience and interpersonal qualities.
- Make initial contacts and participate in interviews in collaboration with managers.
- Ensure rigorous and responsive follow-up of applications to guarantee an effective recruitment process and a quality candidate experience.
HR Project Management
- Participate in the deployment of the Lucca Recruitment module, to centralise applications, structure selection stages and facilitate collaboration between HR and managers.
Profile Sought
- HRSE certificate as a personnel management assistant, HR training or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in recruitment (+3 years), ideally gained within an industrial company.
- Good understanding of industrial and technical professions, with the ability to recruit varied profiles.
- Mastery of sourcing, pre-selection and application evaluation techniques.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and digital recruitment tools.
- Ease in collaborating with managers and external partners.
- Experience in deploying or using an applicant tracking system (ATS), notably Lucca, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP HR, particularly in time management, would be appreciated.
- Very good command of IT tools and excellent writing skills.
