Project Manager in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration with a Commercial Flair (80–100%)

For our refrigeration department in Bulle, we are looking for the beginning of 2027 or by agreement

Do you identify customer needs, propose suitable technical solutions and wish to support projects through to their completion?

At RIEDO Clima SA, you can put your commercial skills to good use, take on responsibilities and actively contribute to the development of our Refrigeration & Air Conditioning department.

Workplace: Bulle (FR)
Start date: Ideally January/February 2027 or by agreement

Your tasks

• You advise our customers in French and/or German on air conditioning and refrigeration installations.
• You develop new business relationships, retain existing customers and build your own client portfolio.
• You analyse customer needs on site and develop suitable technical solutions in collaboration with our team.
• You prepare cost estimates and offers and conduct commercial negotiations until the conclusion of contracts.
• You take responsibility for your projects, from initial advice to handover, including planning and execution.
• You coordinate assembly teams, suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality.

Your profile

• You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field, preferably in building technology, electrical, heating, refrigeration or air conditioning.
• You have good technical knowledge and an interest in air conditioning and refrigeration.
• You have a commercial sense, enjoy customer contact and work independently and solution-oriented.
• You communicate fluently in French and/or German.
• You demonstrate organisation, take responsibility and enjoy teamwork.
• You are proficient with common IT tools.
• You hold a valid category B driving licence.
