Committed to quality public service, the City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a:
HR Project Officer at 50% - 60%
Your mission / Reporting to the head of the department, you participate in the implementation of human resources policy and take charge of various HR projects and assignments. You provide support to line managers and employees on matters related to human resources management, particularly in skills development, training, internal mobility, and management of individual situations. You contribute to the improvement of HR processes and tools, ensure their application, and participate in drafting procedures and reference documents. You are also involved from the recruitment process to the integration of new employees, ensuring rigorous follow-up of the different stages.
Your profile / Personal skills / You hold a higher education qualification in human resources, administration, or an equivalent qualification, complemented by proven experience in a similar role. You have strong skills in human resources management and are capable of handling varied situations with discernment, professionalism, and confidentiality. With excellent organisational skills, you manage priorities effectively and demonstrate rigour in following up on files. You possess good analytical and synthesis abilities as well as excellent writing skills. Comfortable in interpersonal relationships, you enjoy teamwork and know how to establish quality contacts with interlocutors of diverse profiles. You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and are recognised for your ability to advise, support, and collaborate with line managers. Curious and committed, you willingly contribute to the improvement of HR practices and processes.
