to complete our team from 1st January 2027.

The 50% workload is spread over half-days, Monday to Friday.

Could it be you?

Your duties:

• Managing admissions and discharges of residents in short and long stays, as well as beneficiaries of the CAT and tenants of adapted apartments;
• Ensuring the general administrative follow-up of residents and CAT beneficiaries,
• Managing, maintaining and monitoring residents’ medical records;
• Managing billing related to the services concerned;
• Administrative coordination with various internal and external contacts related to the files managed.

Your background so far:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a medical assistant, assistant in care and community health (ASSC), a nursing diploma, or a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee with experience in the medical field or any other equivalent training;
• You have initial experience in the medical, medico-social field or in a similar administrative role;
• You are a rigorous, organised, autonomous person comfortable with handling confidential data, with a good sense of collaboration and interpersonal skills;
• You enjoy working in a team while being able to manage your files independently. You know how to keep calm, your smile and, ideally, your sense of humour when the days do not quite go according to plan.
