Main Mission(s)

Manage the human resources of your section (4 people)

Operate thermal production plants for district heating

Develop internal maintenance guidelines

Ensure the budgetary and financial monitoring of the section

Ensure the maintenance and operation of all thermal installations

Drive and monitor the behaviour of the installations

Establish work planning, supervise their execution, and prepare the installations for various mandatory official inspections

Ensure that the mechanical documentation of the installations is up to date

Participate in the study of new projects and ensure technological monitoring of production in your field

Contribute to the implementation of the service strategy and provide support for operational aspects

Profile

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a polymechanic, metal constructor, or other equivalent qualification

Training for boiler room personnel (LP-Therm, HEIG-VD) with federal diploma, or willing to obtain it

Minimum 5 years of experience in a thermal or electrical production facility

Proven professional experience in team management

Recognised leadership, excellent analytical skills, and results-oriented

Team spirit, interpersonal ease, and decision-making ability

Proficiency in MS Office tools and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System)

Special Conditions

Driving licence (category B)

On-call duty (about 6 weeks per year)

Residence less than 30 minutes from the workplace
