Finance SCI Specialist (24-month Fixed-term Contract - 50%)

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you contribute, as a financial Internal Control System (SCI) specialist with a 50% activity rate for a duration of 24 months, to ensuring the reliability of financial information, risk management and process efficiency, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and the principles of the COSO framework. As such, you lead and develop the financial SCI, structuring and supporting the update process. You ensure the integration of the SCI into the company’s quality management system by monitoring and evaluating its maturity and performance. You will also support process managers in identifying and managing risks as well as in adopting and applying internal control measures.

You will ensure, in collaboration with the Accounting Manager, the follow-up of internal and external audit points related to the financial SCI. Finally, you participate in cross-functional projects involving the accounts payable and receivable accounting domain and keep abreast of developments in frameworks, standards, legal requirements and best practices in internal control and audit.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics or Business Management, a chartered accountant diploma is an asset
• Proven professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
• Good command of the SAP software is an advantage
• You stand out for your ability to perform tasks with precision and rigour
• Highly autonomous, you know how to take a step back and have an overall view of the company
• Comfortable in communication with your partners, you understand the constraints of your internal clients and demonstrate proactivity with a view to continuous improvement
